WJ Presbytery Haiti Update
To date, you have donated $20,882 through the Presbytery for aid to the people of Haiti. 100% of those dollars go for relief efforts. Per capita covers all administrative costs. The money has been forwarded to PDA.
Oopps! The offerings from each church brought to the Presbytery Meeting were sent to the Presbytery in one check for the total amount. Please click here to Email Beth Thomas with the amount of your church's offering brought to the meeting, so that your church may receive the proper credit. Gifts will continue to be received for the foreseeable future.
The Presbytery will be sharing information on the outpouring of compassion for the people of Haiti from our congregations. Information, photos and future plans to be a part of the long term recovery effort will be most welcome.

Funding Mission Today and Tomorrow
March 15 - 17, 2010, Indianapolis, Indiana * Are you looking for more ways to share the theological and spiritual meaning of stewardship?
* Are you looking for new ideas for stewardship campaigns?
* Do you want to infuse the discipline of stewardship with joy and reverence?
This conference is a training event for Pastors, Committee Chairs, and Middle Governing Body Staff Members to learn from the best practices of others who work in the field of stewardship. The 2010 conference is planned in partnership with several presbyteries, synods, and the General Assembly Mission Council. Scholarships Available! $500 per person. Requirement is that Scholarship Recipients agree to coordinate with the other folks from the Presbytery to attend a variety of workshops and then share what they've learned with the Presbytery at a Financial Summit to be held on Saturday April 17th, 9:00 AM to Noon, and in other ways.
