Arkansas Tornado‹ DR000015

Another round of storms has struck Arkansas. This time a tornado has killed at least one person. Since the first of the year, the state has endured numerous storms including a strong tornado that killed 13 people, a snowstorm that left a foot of snow, heavy rainfall, and near-record flooding. As always, Presbyterian Disaster Assistance will respond as needed. PDA has been in contact with Presbyterian officials in Arkansas to offer assistance in the form on OGHS funds or the experience of members of the National Response Team. As of Friday afternoon, a request for assistance has not been received. Please check the PDA web site http://www.pcusa.org/pda for information on a response.
