Youth weeks in the Gulf Coast June 22-July 27, 2008

There is still time to schedule your youth mission trip for this summer! PDA recently received a note from a Presbyterian congregation returning for their tenth volunteer work team visit in the Gulf Coast. We often hear from congregations that have made multiple trips to the Gulf Coast because they feel the call to mission by helping disaster survivors reclaim their lives. We are working with the Office of Youth Ministries (the office that helps to facilitate Presbyterian Youth Triennium) the upcoming generation of church leaders a hands-on Presbyterian mission opportunity. PDA has set aside one of the Presbyterian Volunteer Villages specifically for youth during the end of June through mid-July. Already, about 200 youth are registered to participate.
